لحظاتِ اندوه، داغ و درد... تا مغز استخوان... بحران ها هر روز عميق تر و عميق تر... سد ها در حال فروريختن... يک ملت، هفتاد ميليون انسان... اسير... میليون ها کودک بيگناه بدون فردا... حتی بدون هوا! ميليون ها جوان بدون آينده... همه قربانی خودخواهی و جهل...

اين ملت اما زانو نخواهد زد... آتش...... را افروخته نگاه خواهد داشت... هر دست مشعلی خواهد شد... حسی در من است که می گويد در يک شب چهارشنبه سوری ميليون ها دست به سوی لانه ی ديو روان خواهند شد... ديو خواهد گريخت... و خرافه پرستان بيرحم به حجره های جهلِ قرن ها باز خواهند گشت...

آنگاه بهار می آيد... گل ها دوباره خواهند شکفت... لبخند ها هم... و وطن را دوباره خواهيم ساخت!
